  1. Snipper de ui en hak de knoflook. Laat het klontje roomboter smelten en voeg de ui en knoflook toe. Bak tevens de hamburgers hierin gaar in ongeveer 10 minuten. Haal de ui en knoflook uit de pan als ze bruin zijn. Zet dit even apart.
  2. Maak onder tussen de salade van de spinazie, de avocado en de tomaat. Voeg naar smaak met de olijfolie, peper en zout toe.
  3. Kook de portobello 30 seconden in de magnetron op 1000 watt. Pak een portobello en vul deze met de ui en knoflook en wat salade. Daarop de hamburger en afdekken met een portobello.
  4. Serveer dit samen met de spinaziesalade.

Portobello met tartaar en spinaziesalade. een zeer geschikt recpt voor als je wilt afvallen en op dieet bent, let je op wat je eet. Maar soms heb je misschien trek in een broodje hamburger. Echter als je koolhydraatarm wilt eten, is een broodje hamburger niet echt een handige keuze. Maar wel als je er een twist aangeeft en een portobello gebruikt. Net of je een broodje hamburger eet. Maar dan eigenlijk veel lekkerder!
Als je dan nog een salade toevoegt heb je een lekkere portobello met tartaar en spinaziesalade.
