Begin dit jaar was ik er klaar mee en had ik bedacht dat het roer om moest! Nu moet ik toch echt blijvend afvallen!!
Een vriendin van mij werd al begeleidt door een toffe coach bij Lijf & Balans en was begonnen met een van de programma’s en de maaltijdvervangers en met resultaat! Ik zag het eerst niet zo zitten, maar na een gesprek over de mogelijkheden, heb ik besloten om er voor te gaan. Samen met Tineke hadden we een mooi programma gemaakt.

De eerste weken waren lastig, maar het was te doen. In het begin viel ik veel af, dat stimuleerde goed. Maar af en toe had ik er een week tussen dat ik zelfs weer iets aankwam. Maar ik ging door, op een gegeven moment was de knop om en ging het heel goed, de kilo’s vlogen er af.

Ik kreeg steeds vaker complimenten en ik raakte nog meer gemotiveerd om door te gaan.
We zijn nu 10 maanden verder en ik ben meer dan 13 kilo kwijt waar ik super trots op ben. Ik ben nu ook fanatiek aan het sporten en mijn leven is compleet veranderd. Het roer is nu ECHT om.
Ik ben super blij met het resultaat en het was het allemaal waard. Ik voel me nu zoveel beter en zit ontzettend lekker in mijn vel!
