Deze bietencarpaccio als koolhydraatarm voorgerecht.

Bij carpaccio denk je vast aan dun gesneden rundvlees. Maar dit is een geheel ander recept, namelijk met groenten. Wij kiezen nu voor bietjes.
Omdat carpaccio vaak als voorgerecht geserveerd wordt, doen wij dit ook.

Deze bietencarpaccio is een mooi recept voor als je een feestelijke maaltijd wilt serveren. En het leent zich er bij uitstek voor om op voorhand voor te bereiden. Hierdoor hoef je dus niet alles op het laatste moment te doen. Lekker makkelijk als je eens goed wilt uitpakken.

Bijzonder makkelijk te maken, dus in een hand omdraai klaargemaakt.

En last but nog least is het ook nog eens erg lekker, slank en koolhydraatarm. Wat wil je nog meer?!
